Vintage Miniature Baby Doll In Stroller With Nanny ( Old Toy ). Made in Italy. It’s in okay-good condition with plenty of wear and some dust. I’m not familiar with this piece. I’m not sure if is complete— she has a little hole (intentional) on the top of her head for… something. A few hairline cracks under her skirt (last photo). And the bottom of her looks as if maybe something else was there. I don’t know. It’s not in perfect condition but not terrible either. Sold as is whatever it is. See photos.
