A Must Have For the John Terence Turner, Seattle, NIKE Running Poster Completist!
Nearly Impossible To Find!  In all my years collecting and selling Nike Posters, I've only come across this poster a few time.  This could be your only opportunity to purchase this poster so Don't Miss Out!
This is a Great Poster for many reasons.  The poster
was the Winner of the 1984 NY Art Directors Club, 63rd Annual Exhibition Gold Award. It was judged the Best National Color Ad. Photographer John Terence Turner reminisced, "I had seen this sliver of sunshine between buildings in downtown Seattle. I shot location film and sent it to the Nike AD. He said “Go.” I had told the model not to waste any steps running in the shade and to be in full stride in the middle of the sunshine. He followed my instructions very well – and enraged a few motorists. I could hear the honking horns, I could see fists waving and I could see the extended middle fingers. But we couldn’t be too polite, that little shaft of sunshine was to be gone in a very few minutes."
The late John Terence Turner was a commercial photographer who was based in Seattle for 28 years. John specializes in location photography wi
th emphasis on action and dramatic locations. A part of that specialization includes finding models who are expert in the sports involved and who are photogenic as well. The Nike ad, “Most Heroes Are Anonymous,” is a photograph of a lone runner silhouetted in full stride by a ray of sunshine and dwarfed by towering office buildings. His Nike poster “There Is No Finish Line,” was one of the first in Nike’s initial ad campaign. His work is noteworthy for capturing character, personality, effort and emotion. John has received numerous awards that include the Addy, New York Art Directors’ Gold and Silver Awards and Communication Arts. Unfortunately John inexplicably took his own life in 2010, but he will always be remembered through is art!
This poster would make the perfect addition to the wall of any Woman Cave, Man Cave, Fan Cave, Sports Bar, Gym or Sports theme restaurant!
The Poster is in Very Nice, Never Hung Condition with PLENTY of EYE-APPEAL. Unfortunately somebody at so point rolled it too tight which created creases in the top of the image.  The creasing look worse with the light reflection and most of it could be mitigated when framed, in pressed 1st!

If our title says VINTAGE or ORIGINAL then the poster is the ORIGINAL, Vintage poster! It's not a reproduction, photocopy or reprint.  All of our VINTAGE Posters are ORIGINAL.  (We did come across some Nike poster that don't have the Nike logo and our listing does not refer to them as vintage or original.  The price on those are much lower since they aren't vintage)
Our Posters make the perfect gift for the Fan / Collector!

    PLEASE NOTE:
    BEST OFFERS PRICES
    DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING
, even if you add a comment that says 'my offer includes shipping' . . . IT DOESN'T.  eBay's logic is not sophisticated enough to deal with this, so please be sure to factor in shipping separately from your offer. If you do put in any condition text into your best offer, eBay's Auto-Accept feature is blocked for your offer.  Why is that important?  I had somebody put in a Best Offer and added the condition "Thank You", which was nice, but it kept their offer from being auto-accepted.  Later that night, before I saw the offer, somebody else bought the item at full price.  Good For Me . . . Not good for the 1st buyer.
Check out my Feedback and you can see that I aim to please!
    Did I mention Satisfaction Guaranteed!?

    ImaPaqRat Return Policy:
In most cases I do offer returns, I just am not opting into the new eBay Managed Return Process.  Unless my listing specifically states, "SOLD AS IS!" or "RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED" in the description, I will accept returns if contacted within 7 days of the item being received.  eBay's new Managed Return Process has too many holes and puts another barriers between the buyer and the seller.  If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me through the eBay Messaging process so I can work with you.  Unfortunately, eBay has made a change to their system so sellers cannot offer returns managed by the seller, the seller is force now to either use eBay Manage Returns or select "No Returns Accepted" as the business policy.  Hopefully eBay will see the error in their ways and go back to the system that was working fine. I do appreciate your understanding.
NO SUCH THING AS FREE SHIPPING!
The fallacy of ‘Free Shipping’, according to ImaPaqRat:
If the seller provides ‘Free Shipping’ it means they have already factored in the full cost of shipping into their pricing. If you happen to buy 10 items from that seller, you are paying full shipping on 10 items even though they may ship them all in one box. I on the other hand post the shipping cost and if a buyer buys more than 1 item, I can provide them with a consolidated shipping discount. If you win more than 1 item from me, please contact me, before you pay so I can send you a consolidated invoice.
    CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING:
I do offer consolidated shipping whenever possible, but my 1st priority is to ensure your items are received safely.
If you are buying more than 1 item, please contact me when you are done so I may send you a consolidated invoice.  PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEN ASK ME TO CONSOLIDATE THE SHIPPING!
To take advantage of consolidated handling fees you must make a single payment, within 7 days of the first auctions end date.
    SMOKE FREE / PET FREE!:
Your comic(s) ship from and have been in a Smoke Free / Pet Free Home Office for years.  So no smelly surprises and no dander flying around when you open up your package!
    FEEDBACK POLICY:
We do provide honest feedback for all transactions, but only after feedback has been left for us first.  Sorry but we have had a few erroneous negative feedbacks, after we had already left our positive feedback.
If you have any problems with your purchase(s), please contact us via email before leaving feedback.
We will do everything we can to correct any misunderstandings

Thank You for looking at our Item.  We appreciate your business.
