Some arms are not attached. Most are not marked, try to list the ones that are.
The tallest, the little girl in the cloth dress is dated 1986 Hasbro.  Darling dress with a snap closure, really cute!!
The 2 with yellow hair and cloth dresses are labeled Hong Kong on the back of their legs.  The little boy with a big head also has a cloth jacket, and legs that let him sit, no marks.
Baby in unopen  bag has loose arm, and so does another 2 babies.
3 babies sitting, one with a bottle.  2, look like boys sitting, and these are rubber.
Then the Tara one, just a girl on base, really doesn't fit in with the rest, but including aanyways.
