SHIPPING POLICIES
•  We ship all items by UPS Ground / USPS Priority Mail - UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If an item is lost, damaged or delayed by USPS or UPS, PLEASE allow us to fix the problem and do not fault REMART for poor service by UPS/USPS.

If an item is listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY this means LOCAL PICK ONLY. No exceptions.

•  We will combine items for discounted shipping rates.  The invoice for multiple purchases will include a discounted shipping rate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

• All Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.  We will work with you to ensure that, at the very least, you receive the information you need to get what you have paid for!
Items MUST BE returned in the condition that they were received, with all original parts and packaging. The return must be sent back in a proper shipping box (please do not ship it in the manufacturers packaging or with stickers/markings on the package).
The customer is responsible for ensuring that REMART receives the return.
Please keep all tracking and shipping documentation for your returns.
Returns inspection and testing can take 5-10 business days once REMART has received the item, so please be patient.
