ISSUES & RETURNS POLICY
The first step should be contacting me (the seller) to try to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Every situation is different and I (the seller) will attempt to offer reasonable and generous solutions to resolve tenable issues. Returns are generally not accepted but exceptions may be made for materially different and major listing inaccuracies regarding the item condition or specifications. This does not including normal and minor cosmetic wear (for pre-owned items). Please submit details and photos of the item condition when communicating with me (the seller). The buyer pays return shipping. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund unless prior arrangements are made with the seller.
