    Description

    Coalport Red Green Raised Beaded Gold Floral Scrollwork 10 1/4 Inch Deep Plate B
    Nice bone china deep plate / rimmed soup bowl. Decorated with a green and gold floral scrollwork medallion in the center. With a border of crimson red with green and gold medallions framed in raised and beaded gold scrollwork. With gold leaves in between. Heavy gold gilding along the edge. Has a gold gilt Gothic arch with leaves pattern around the inner rim of the dish. Marked on the bottom England Coalport AD 1750 with a crown. This mark was used between 1891 and 1920. Also has the pattern number X1066 and a retailer's mark for Osler Designers London.
    Has crazing typical of bone china and some wear to the gilding, but no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches wide x 1 1/2 inches tall.
