Depending on the item's value, we ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail with tracking.  If you desire an alternate method of shipping, please notify us prior to paying for your item so we can properly invoice.
For collectible items, you can be assured they are packaged carefully with appropriate boxes and packing material.
We cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to make things right. Any return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility prior to issuing a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel orders from bidders with less than five feedbacks, or those who have received or given more than five negative feedbacks in the past 12 months. This applies to third party sellers...see below.
Absolutely NO Drop Shippers or freight forwarders. Orders shipping to a third party will be accompanied by an invoice with our company name. Requests to ship through freight forwarding companies will be cancelled, as this violates our terms of service. If it's going overseas, it's going via eBay Global Shipping…sorry, no exceptions.
