    Description

Lovely traditional Native American Indian Klagetoh pattern Navajo wool rug created by Nita Begay.  The rug is completely made of wool with wool warp threads.  This rug has (8) wool warp threads per inch.  Beautiful natural and aniline dyed colors of black, white, light gray and a brown background.  The pattern of the rug is Klagetoh.  Klagetoh is a small community situated just north of Wide Ruins.  The word Klagetoh translates to "Hidden Springs".  This traditionally patterned rug measures 30" long X 22  1/4" wide.  It is double overcast with gray wool on both ends and has a single overlay of light gray on both edges.  The fringes are new and not frayed.  Measures approximately the same at both ends.  Guaranteed Authentic!!!   Please note:  The brown color is difficult to photo.  It is very easy to see the difference between the black and brown when the actual rug is viewed.                            We have been dealing in Native American Indian Arts & Crafts for 30 years.
