Pack of 10 Quick-Fill Speed Tubes for your 22 cal tube-fed rifles - Now holds up to 15 rounds 22 LR each (also accommodates 22 shorts and longs) - can easily be cut to size for rifles with lower capacity.
Simple, but very effective. These are clear plastic tubes with vinyl caps, designed to fit standard 22 ammo. Simply remove the cap and quickly reload your tube-fed rifle.
Works for muzzle or butt-stock magazine tube orientation. If muzzle type, load rounds in your speed tube point down; and of course just the opposite for rifles with butt accessed magazine tubes.
With most rifles the speed tube is narrow enough to slide right into the magazine tube. The quickest way to load (rather than just holding the end of the speed tube over the mouth of the magazine tube) is to pull the magazine plunger all the way out, remove the cap from the speed tube and place it on the bottom end (to prevent the speed tube from dropping all the way in), then quickly insert the full tube and remove it in one quick motion. Replace the plunger and Voila! 15 rounds ready to shoot!
Note: These are for 22 LR, Short. and Long (max capacity 15-rds 22LR / 17-rds 22 Long / 21-rds 22 Short). New version is now compatible with 22 Magnum and .17HMR (max capacity 11 for 22WMR and 17HMR). Tubes can easily be cut down to tailor to rifles with less than advertised 15 round 22LR capacity. Cap colors may vary.
